What is the minimum order for printing and shipping?

The minimum order for printing and shipping is 500 pieces.

Is printing and shipping included in the design price?

No. Design prices are for the digital design only, which we will send to you via email. Printing and shipping costs are extra - please see Printing and Shipping Price List.

Why should I buy from you?

We are a small, independent business that loves what we do. We offer unique services and designs that we believe trump competition from well-known U.K. beekeeping websites. We believe that the products made by your hard working bees deserve the best quality labels.

Do you design things other than logos and labels?

If you have a specific design need, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change other elements other than those noted on Personalized Designs?

No. If you would like to change other elements other than those stated on the Personalized Designs, please choose a Custom Design.

What is the paper quality for printing?

We offer 4 different types of adhesive backed paper, all of the highest quality. Please see Products for more details

How long will my order take?

For Personalized Designs (Digital Only), once we have all of your label information and payment, we hope to get your design to you in 2-3 working days. For Personalized Designs (Shipping and Printing) we hope to have your design on your doorstep in 14 working days.

For Custom Designs, we will give you an estimated time-frame upon receiving your order or inquiry. This process depends on the complexity of the design.

Can I change the size or shape of the Personalized Design?

No. If you would like to change the size or shape please choose a Custom Design.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer. We will provide details of payment after we have received your order

How do I cancel for my order?

Designs which have already been completed cannot be accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know before we start the design process.

Can I change my order?

For Personalized Designs, modifications can only be made to the design as outlined on our products page.

For Custom Designs, modifications can be made to the design during the design period. We offer 3 free modifications to the design after your unique logo or label has been created.

For Printed and Shipped Designs: Modifications cannot be made to the order after it has been printed.
